-4 Outer Cape Sales as of January 13th, 2021. Career sales totaling: $2,745,000.00.
-I've saved my buyers $144,000.00 in 3 Transactions, most recently saving my buyer $100,000.00 on 48 Winslow in Provincetown, MA in a very harsh seller's market. (January 2021)
-First Listing side sale in January 2021. 136 Shore Rd. in North Truro. A local sold to another local, something I'm very proud of.
